In the store where it is sold whole sale and piece,truffles and porcine of ours Appennino,to spring day for day, until jenuary. They are the sovereign product of the underbrush and to truffe (cheese and butter)and truffled (black truffled – champignon mushrooms – black olives) for appettizer or vegetables and for special course.
